We are currently seeking a highly talented and motivated Human Resources Coordinator to join our esteemed team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions and initiatives, ensuring the smooth operation of our human resources department.
Responsibilities:
- Drive our recruitment efforts by actively participating in the full-cycle recruitment process, from posting job openings to conducting initial phone screenings and coordinating interviews.
- Oversee the seamless onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a warm welcome, efficient processing of paperwork, and a smooth transition into the organization.
- Maintain meticulous employee records and data, utilizing advanced HRIS systems and managing personnel files to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with benefits administration, including open enrolment, claims processing, and addressing employee inquiries to ensure comprehensive and effective benefits support.
- Provide dedicated support to employees and managers, offering guidance on HR-related matters such as performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Collaborate closely with our HR team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that adhere to local, state, and federal laws and align with our organizational objectives.
- Play a vital role in various HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, diversity and inclusion programs, and impactful training and development initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven track record and a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR coordination, recruitment, or a related field, showcasing your comprehensive knowledge and understanding of HR practices.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Impeccable attention to detail, coupled with a deep commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with utmost discretion.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems, demonstrating your technical expertise and ability to leverage technology to drive HR operations.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and regulations, ensuring compliance and enabling you to provide informed guidance and support.
